Marguerite has extensive experience in a broad range of complex commercial litigation in the areas of antitrust, securities fraud, broker-dealer matters, contract disputes, partnership dissolutions, trademark infringement, white-collar defense, and First Amendment issues. She also has represented clients in arbitrations before the New York Stock Exchange, in actions before the Securities and Exchange Commission, and in investigations conducted by the Department of Justice. Prior to joining Jones Day in 2008, Marguerite was an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, LLP.
Marguerite is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the New York County Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association.
She is an adjunct professor of law at Brooklyn Law School where she teaches New York civil practice.
