Downey, Henry M.

David is an associate attorney at Skyline Law Group with over 10 years of experience in the legal profession. During his time as a law student, he clerked in the U.S. District Court for the Honorable Judge James P. Donohue, and worked in the Civil Divisions of both the King and Snohomish County Prosecuting Attorneys’ Offices. He was also a Student Attorney in the UW Unemployment Compensation Clinic where he had primary responsibility for representing clients in administrative hearings, and successfully obtained benefits on behalf of numerous individuals. Prior to law school, he spent six years as a paralegal for both criminal and civil attorneys at top-rated law firms.

He has represented clients in King and Snohomish County Superior Court, as well as U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.
