Jason Goldman is a fourth generation South Floridian and a second generation attorney. Goldman earned a law degree from the Florida State University College of Law, where he received an academic scholarship and honors for achievements in tax policy research and insurance regulatory law. Goldman received a bachelor's degree in history and political science, magna cum laude, from the University of Florida.
Goldman focuses his practice in commercial litigation, achieving positive outcomes in a wide array of complex commercial disputes including construction disputes, breaches of commercial lease agreements, contractual restraints on trade, fraud, breaches of fiduciary duties and fraud committed by corporate officers and directors, unconscionable contractual agreements, and unfair debt collection practices. Goldman takes a collaborative approach to counseling, allowing the client to control most decisions, but structuring the process and providing advice in a manner likely to yield wise decision-making and outcomes most advantageous to each client's specific goals.
