Thomas L. Dorogi is a seasoned employment law and civil rights trial attorney. He has tried numerous cases to verdict in state and federal court involving claims of sexual harassment, failure to prevent harassment, unlawful discrimination, failure to accommodate disability, and failure to engage in the interactive process. Mr. Dorogi is a published author and contributing writer to the Los Angeles Daily Journal on issues affecting California employers and employees. He co-authored an appellate brief to the United States Supreme Court in a civil rights case and has argued several cases before the California Court of Appeal. 

Mr. Dorogi graduated from the University of Nevada in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history. He was awarded the John S. Wright award for Best Graduating History Major. Mr. Dorogi continued his education at the University of Nevada and obtained a Master of Arts degree in history in 2000. While at the University of Nevada, Mr. Dorogi taught history as a graduate teaching fellow and adjunct history professor. Thereafter, Mr. Dorogi attended California Western School of Law in San Diego, California, where he obtained his law degree in 2004. While at California Western, Mr. Dorogi was recognized on the school's dean's list and was awarded the Academic Achievement Award in Torts II.

Mr. Dorogi began his legal career by working as law clerk and associate attorney to Thomas L. Steffen, the retired Chief Justice of the Nevada Supreme Court.  Before coming to Caskey & Holzman in 2007, Mr. Dorogi worked in the employment law department of a national law firm, where he litigated employment cases on behalf of employers.

Part of Mr. Dorogi's childhood, 1976 to 1983, was spent living in Hungary, where he became fluent in speaking Hungarian.
