Doutt, William C.

Graduated from University of Pittsburgh and then attended law school at Ohio Northern University. In 1994, Dorney obtained her law degree with honors, summa cum laude, while finishing 2nd in her class. She was also a member of law review. Dorney is admitted to practice in the State of Maryland and federal courts for the District of Columbia.
