Thomas R. Donohue is a partner with Brody, Hardoon, Perkins & Kesten, LLP. Prior to joining BHPK, Mr. Donohue spent six years as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Boston and gained extensive experience representing municipal officials and police officers at all stages of civil litigation in both state and federal courts. Mr. Donohue's past experience has been valuable in his representation of municipal clients both in court and before administrative agencies during his tenure at BHPK.

Mr. Donohue concentrates on representing municipal defendants in all aspects of civil litigation with a concentration on cases involving civil rights claims and employment related matters. Mr. Donohue also represents plaintiffs in employment and personal injury cases.

Prior Experience
Prior to joining BHPK, LLP, Mr. Donohue spent over six years as Assistant Corporation Counsel to the City of Boston, in the litigation department. Following graduation from law school, he spent a year at Western Massachusetts Legal Services representing domestic violence victims in family law and abuse protection matters.
Education
Mr. Donohue received his bachelor's degree in zoology from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio in 1996, and his law degree from the University of Denver in 1999.

Mr. Donohue is admitted to the bar in Massachusetts, the United States District Court of Massachusetts and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. He is a member of the Federal Bar Association, the Boston Bar Association, and the City Solicitor & Town Counsel Association of Massachusetts.
