Mr. Goldberg joined the Law Firm of McKinnon & Harwood, LLC in late 2012.

Mr. Goldberg's practice focuses on personal injury, product liability, contract law, domestic law, and criminal law. Mr. Goldberg has extensive experience in handling all phases of litigation. He has participated in a number of Superior Court trials and has represented clients in various district and superior courts throughout Massachusetts, as well as the Rhode Island Superior and District Courts. Mr. Goldberg has resolved numerous cases through verdict and negotiated settlements over his 6 years practicing law.

Mr. Goldberg graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 2000. Mr. Goldberg went on to graduate from the Honors program at Roger Williams University Law School in 2006. At Roger Williams, Mr. Goldberg was a member of the Moot Court Board, Recipient of the Presidential Scholarship and was President of the legal fraternity Phi Alpha Delta. Mr. Goldberg is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the districts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts; and the State Courts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
