John Goggin has been a trial lawyer in Illinois, Wisconsin and U.S. District courts for 39 years. He is a highly experienced trial attorney and has over 100 jury verdicts to his credit. He has concentrated his practice in the areas of medical negligence, birth trauma, transportation negligence and construction negligence during his career.
Mr. Goggin is well respected by his peers achieving the highest rating possible from Martindale-Hubbell “AV pre-eminent” for 30 years. Mr. Goggin is a member of the Illinois Supreme Court Committed on Jury Instruction - Civil. He has instructed at DePaul and Loyola Law Schools, as well as being a panelist for Chicago Bar and Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education classes. Mr. Goggin has also been an alternative dispute resolution mediator and arbitrator for the past 15 years.
