Chena L. Glenn-Hart is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and received her law degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center, Concord, New Hampshire. During law school, Ms. Glenn-Hart was an editor and author for The Annual Survey of New Hampshire Law. Upon graduation, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable William H. Kaye, Fulton and Franklin Counties, Court of Common Pleas. Ms. Glenn-Hart was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1998. She serves as a member of the Association's Civil Litigation Council and of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute. Chena is a member of the Centre County Bar Association and a former Chair of its Young Lawyers Division. She is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and is also a member of the Wilkinson-Campbell American Inn of Court.
