Tina Goel is an attorney practicing all areas of immigration and nationality law.  She drafts appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals, files complex family-based petitions and employment-based petitions, litigates in the immigration courts, and represents clients throughout the naturalization process. Prior to joining the Law Office of Mark Shmueli in 2011, Tina was a student attorney in the Immigrant Justice Clinic at American University (Washington College of Law).

During her undergraduate studies, Tina also served as an intern in the Department of Justice working in a division focused on human smuggling and trafficking.  She is fluent in spoken Hindi.

Tina has authored an article discussing corporate compliance with the E-Verify Program and is anticipating the publication of chapter entitled "Ethical Issues Arising in the Practice of Immigration Law" in an upcoming American Bar Association book entitled  "What Every Lawyer Needs to Know About Immigration Law".
