Alan A. Reuter focuses his practice in the areas of commercial real estate law, corporate and business law and commercial and civil litigation. In his practice, Mr. Reuter is frequently called upon to apply this multipractice experience to client matters requiring knowledge in more than one of these areas or to handling a variety of matters for a single client in one or more of these fields.

Mr. Reuter has represented buyers, sellers, owners, lenders and tenants in sophisticated commercial and multifamily real estate sale, acquisition, financing, development, management and leasing matters and transactions involving commercial office buildings, shopping centers, stand alone commercial properties, franchises, industrial complexes and multifamily properties.

Mr. Reuter also advises and represents Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania corporations, limited and general partnerships and limited liability companies in a variety of matters, including formation, internal governance, structure changes, contracts, litigation, regulatory compliance and real estate matters.

Mr. Reuter is experienced in commercial and civil litigation. He has represented clients in various complex litigation matters in the areas of contracts, torts, property damage and financial litigation.

Mr. Reuter is licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He graduated cum laude from the University of Delaware in 1993 and graduated from Villanova University School of Law in 1996. At Villanova, Mr. Reuter was a member of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal. He is fluent in Spanish.
