Dombrow, Anthony E.

Michael Dominy has practiced law in the Atlanta area for the past twenty-five years and has broad experience in commercial litigation, debt collection, real estate title litigation, and general business litigation, including cases involving corporate, securities, restraint of trade, breach of fiduciary duty, and construction issues. Dominy's experience includes extensive trial and appellate experience in both state and federal courts.

In 1993, Dominy formed a solo practice, where he continued to focus on general business and real estate litigation, including clearing title defects utilizing Georgia's statutory quiet title proceedings. Since joining Diment Carroll LLP as of counsel in 2009, Dominy has continued his emphasis on real estate title litigation and debt collection, representing title insurance companies and their insureds in subrogation actions. Dominy is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and all state and federal courts in Georgia.
