David R. Dolinsky was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1999. David received his undergraduate degree (B.A. Finance, 1994 with honors) from the University of Miami and his law degree (Juris Doctor, 1999) from Georgia State University. He served two years as Staff Attorney for the Honorable Craig L .Schwall and Ural D. Glanville. He also served as a staff attorney for the Honorable Diane Bessen. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation. He also does substantial work in the areas of business litigation, materialmen and mechanic's liens, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions. David is a member of the Creditor's Rights sections of the State Bar of Georgia. He has spoken at several seminars on creditor's rights including topics such as personal property foreclosures, emerging issues in collection law and on the doctrine of equitable subrogation.
