In 1999 Tom began with Albert W. Chianese since as a law clerk during his second year of law school. In 1998 Tom graduated from Molloy College in Rockville Centre, New York. In May of 2001 he received his law degree from Hofstra University School of Law and was admitted to the New York State Bar in April of 2002. Tom has extensive litigation experience in the areas of Dental Malpractice, Medical Malpractice, Construction Accidents and Personal Injury Matters. He has extensive experience in all the courts in the metropolitan area including Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, New York, Nassau and Suffolk. Tom has handled all types of Dental Malpractice cases including lingual paraesthesia, tri-geminal neuralgia, mental nerve injuries, dental neglect, and poor restorative dentistry. Tom also heads the Real Estate and Estates Department of the firm, representing buyers and sellers in Real Estate Transactions. Tom has succesfully argued Appeals in the Appellate Courts of New York. Tom is admitted to The United States District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts, and is a member of The American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Brooklyn Bar Association and Nassau County Bar Association.
