Chris Giovinazzo represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex litigation and business disputes, including environmental litigation, employment litigation, intellectual property litigation, contract disputes, class actions and business torts. Chris advises employees and employers in severance and intellectual property disputes, including in ligitation of non-compete agreeements, non-disclosure agreements, trade secrets and discrimination claims.
Chris’s practice is strengthened by his extensive experience with environmental law and management consulting. He worked for three years at the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI), a membership organization that provides environmental, energy and land use consulting to city and county governments. He has also served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard Environmental Law Review.
