Rusty K. Reinoehl is the managing attorney at Reinoehl Law Offices, LLC. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois in History/Prelaw. Mr. Reinoehl attended Southern Illinois University School of Law, in Carbondale, Illinois, where he received his JD in 2007. During lawschool, Mr. Reinoehl was a founding member and officer of the Business Law Society.
Mr. Reinoehl concentrates his practice in the area of consumer rights, focusing primarily on defending credit card collections suits and foreclosures. Mr. Reinoehl is considered one of the top foreclosure defense attorneys in the St. Louis Metro Area, and has been featured on Fox 2 News, the Jaco Report on AM 550, and in the St. Louis Post Dispatch and Riverfront Times for his work on foreclosure defense cases. He was also recently selected as a 2011 Rising Star by Missouri/Kansas Super Lawyers. No more than 2.5% of eligible attorneys in each state are selected for this honor each year.
Mr. Reinoehl also practices in the areas of criminal defense, family law, bankruptcy and injury law.
