Andrew W. Reed joined The Law Office of G. Scott Fiddler, P.C. as an associate in 2010 after earning his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center.While at the University of Houston, Mr. Reed served as a Notes & Comments editor of the Houston Business & Tax Law Journal, Historian of the Corporate & Taxation Law Society and also served as a law clerk to Judge William E. Cassady in the Southern District of Alabama. Prior to law school, Mr. Reed earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from the Louisiana State University honors college, cum laude, with Upper Division Honors, as well as Sophomore Honors Distinction.
Mr. Reed's practice focuses primarily on representing individuals in claims of discrimination, wrongful termination, unpaid overtime, and unpaid commissions against employers, and has also assisted in the representation of small businesses in claims for breach of contract, breach of non-competition agreements, misappropriation of trade secrets, Department of Labor - Wage & Hour matters, and OSHA matters.
