During law school, Ms. Dirks was a summer associate at a firm in Philadelphia, where she participated in a variety of litigation and corporate matters, including the criminal defense against allegations under the federal Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and the drafting of a treatise section on the aggregate settlement of mass torts.
