Glenna L. Gilbert is an associate attorney in Larkin Hoffman’s Intellectual Property and Business Litigation Departments. She concentrates her practice on patent infringement litigation and trademark disputes. She has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants, including practicing and non-practicing entities, in a broad range of technologies ranging from computers and related hardware and software to business methods, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, chemistry, dermatology, and consumer goods.
Before joining Larkin Hoffman, Glenna litigated patent disputes at a national law firm in Minneapolis. She has experience asserting and defending patent disputes in several key patent venues, including the Eastern District of Texas, District of Delaware, District of New Jersey, Northern District of Illinois, and Western District of Wisconsin.
