Biography:
Dan is an attorney in the Litigation Section who has been with the firm since 2005. Dan’s practice focuses on
representing injured persons seeking recovery through worker’s compensation and ERISA, as well as BP Oil Spill
Claims. Dan has had great success obtaining full recoveries for clients who were victims of auto accidents, work
place accidents, and other disabling injuries caused by third parties.
In commercial litigation, Dan represents business creditors in collection matters, including bankruptcy court. After
Katrina, Dan was instrumental in making full recovery for the firm’s commercial property clients making first party
claims against their insurers. Dan is in charge of all divorce and community property cases for the firm.
