Mr. Gibson concentrates his practice in employee benefits, retirement and estate planning, and general taxation matters.  He has experience with counseling clients with regard to qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, executive compensation matters and health and welfare plan issues including COBRA and HIPAA.  Mr. Gibson's employee benefits practice focuses on plan design and regulatory compliance for public, private and tax-exempt entities. He also regularly represents clients in connection with IRS and Department of Labor audits and investigations and assists plan sponsors with remedial correction programs.

Mr. Gibson also assists individual clients with retirement, estate and income tax planning and has also assisted individual clients in tax controversies with both IRS and state taxing agencies.
