Mr. Reeg represents clients throughout the country in all kinds of complex commercial and business disputes. Among other things, Mr. Reeg has extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in disputes involving covenants not to compete and other restrictive covenants, disputes arising out of the purchase/sale of businesses, partnership disputes, and other commercial disputes involving allegations of breach of contract, fraud, negligence, and other business torts. Mr. Reeg also has extensive experience with issues relating to insurance.
