Albert E. Desroseirs is Board Certified as a specialist in Workers’ Compensation by the Connecticut Bar Association. He represents only injured workers. He regularly tries cases before the compensation commission. He also argues appeals before the Compensation Review Board and both the Appellate and Supreme Courts. Attorney Desrosiers has lectured and published articles about workers’ compensation law. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, Master of Science degree, and Juris Doctor degree. He is a member of the CBA Workers’ Compensation Executive Committee and the Standing Committee on Workers’ Compensation Certification.
