Rachael Ream practices in the area of health care law, including regulatory compliance and health care transactions. She has assisted clients with compliance and regulatory matters, including fraud and abuse, false claims, HIPAA and HITECH compliance, tax-exempt organization, corporate governance, and insurance regulation. She also has experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions and various types of joint ventures and affiliations. Prior to her legal career, she was a medical writer and editor.
Rachael is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. She also works with Legal Aid to provide pro bono service to clients with cases pending in the Cleveland Municipal Housing Court.
