Diaz, Leslie A.

David Gibson is an associate attorney with the Law & Mediation Offices of Pauline Rosen. David’s practice encompasses all aspects of family law, including dissolution of marriage, child and spousal support, child custody, and other family law matters.

Prior to joining the Law & Mediation Offices of Pauline Rosen, David was a law clerk at Kumin Sommers LLP. He also clerked in the Office of the City Attorney of Redondo Beach. David is a former volunteer for the non-profit General Assistance Advocacy Project, where he assisted low-income clients in obtaining access to the legal system.

David is a graduate of UC Hastings College of The Law, and completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Southern California, earning a B.A., magna cum laude, in Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience. While attending law school, David served as Senior Development Editor of the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly. His student note, Spreading the Wealth: Is Asset Forfeiture the Key to Enticing Local Agencies to Enforce Federal Drug Laws?, was published in the Winter 2012 issue of the Quarterly. David was a founding member of the UC Hastings Chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union. He served as President of the Federalist Society, Co-President of the International & Comparative Law Society, and was a teaching assistant in the school’s Legal Writing & Research department. David also received the Witkin and CALI Awards for Academic Excellence in the fields of Negotiation and Settlement, Arbitration, and Legal Writing.
