Freedom From Religion Foundation, Inc. v. Zielke 845 F 2d 1463 (Ct. App. 7th Circuit) Successfully defended an action to remove a 10 Commandments monument from a City of La Crosse park upon the ground that the plaintiffs lacked standing under the "case or controversy" requirement of Article 3 of the United States Constitution.
