Kathryn S. Crawford is a well-known tax resolution and domestic relations attorney in the state of Alabama. She started her own law office in April of 2008 after deciding that she had lost touch with the personal representation she desired with her clients while working at larger firms. During her career, Ms. Crawford has successfully challenged audits from the Alabama Department of Revenue; represented clients concerning their rights as taxpayers; successfully challenged the enforcement procedures from the Internal Revenue Service; set up individuals and businesses on affordable payment plans; and has even settled several liabilites for thousands of dollars less than the I.R.S. wanted to collect. Furthermore, Ms. Crawford has assisted individuals through divorce; modification proceedings; and has helped those owed back child support fight for their right to spousal support.

Currently, Ms. Crawford is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the Georgia State Bar, the Birmingham Bar Association, and is licensed to practice before the U.S. Tax Court. She also is actively involed with the Womens Law Section of the Birmingham Bar. Besides Tax Resolution, Ms. Crawford handles domestic relations cases, has experience with insurance disputes, and corporate law. Ms. Crawford earned a B.A. degree cum laude from the University of Alabama in 1998 and went on to graduate with a J.D. degree from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2001.
