Nick Gellert has represented clients in a wide array of litigation matters, appearing before, and obtaining victories at, all levels of state and federal courts. One constant is that, throughout his career, he has represented policyholders in litigation over insurance coverage and has worked on a variety of real estate and construction disputes. He also has worked on a number of class action matters. Nick has a very active pro bono practice, through which he also has handled a wide spectrum of issues, including: numerous representations in child dependency proceedings, volunteering regularly at a landlord-tenant legal clinic, work on several death penalty cases, and impact litigation on funding for legal services for the poor and on immigration issues.
