Dr. DeShield also has extensive experience in preparing and prosecuting domestic, international, and foreign patent applications in a variety of technical arts, including pharmaceuticals. He also performs intellectual property due diligence investigations and company acquisitions. Additionally, Dr. DeShield has experience with intellectual property licensing and FDA regulatory issues.
