Todd S. Garber is an associate in the firm's White Plains office. His practice focuses on litigation involving prescription drug overcharges, shareholder rights, and securities fraud.
He has helped achieve landmark, long term corporate governance changes at public companies, including reversing results of elections and returning corporate control to the companies' rightful owners, its stockholders. Mr. Garber received his B.A. from Cornell University in 1999 and his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2002, where he was articles editor for the Cardozo Journal of International and Comparative Law, and was competitively selected to work for the New York City Law Department's Corporation Counsel in its Appellate Division assisting on the brief in two published decisions.
