Nicholas is part of the mass tort litigation team.  Currently, his practice focuses on consumer class actions, unfair business practices, and false advertising.

While in law school, Nicholas was a board member of the moot court team and won the state championship at the Roger J. Traynor California Appellate Moot Court competition.  He also served as an editor for the Hastings Communications and Entertainment Law Journal.  Nicholas received two CALI Awards for Excellence in Criminal Procedure and Wills & Trusts.
