Mr. Raftus has practiced law with Wagners for close to 15 years. In that time, he has dedicated himself to assisting clients who are injured through the negligence of others. Mr. Raftus has experience in representing all manner of personal injury claims before the Nova Scotia Supreme Court (Judge and Jury Trials), Nova Scotia Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.

He has a particular interest in Motor Vehicle Accidents, Occupier's Liability/Slip and Fall Injuries, Product Defects, Medical Negligence, and Long Term Disability cases.
