John DeMarco has spent his entire legal career helping people accused of crimes.  He believes criminal defense attorneys should be freedom fighters in every sense of the word.  

Mr. DeMarco knows all too well that under our system of law someone needs to prevent abuse of government authority.  With compassion and zeal, he has handled hundreds of criminal cases.  These cases have ranged from traffic offenses to sex crimes, from municipal violations to federal charges.  Out of the gate he has been a winner, with his first jury trial resulting in an acquittal on a felony charge.  

Mr. DeMarco joined the Morrison Law Firm in November of 2009, and has been licensed to practice in Kansas since 2005.  He was with the Johnson County Public Defender's Office for nearly five years before joining the Morrison Law Firm.  He specializes in criminal defense and also practices domestic relations.
