Justin Demerath has dedicated his law practice to helping people who have suffered damages at the hands of others in the state of Texas recover monetary compensation. Justin Demerath graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1998 with a degree in Business emphasizing in both finance and economics. Mr. Demerath obtained his Law Degree from Southern Methodist University, and also received legal instruction at the University of Texas Law School in Austin, Texas and the University of Sydney Law Facility in Sydney, Australia. Mr. Demerath has worked with a variety of seasoned personal injury litigators. Additionally, Mr. Demerath gained knowledge of the Texas Legislature while assisting in lobbying efforts with the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and volunteering his time for various political campaigns.
Mr. Demerath is a member of The Travis County Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, Austin Young Lawyers Association, Capital Area Trial Lawyer's Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
