Kevin C. Gaulke is a partner with the law firm of Moore, Clarke, DuVall & Rodgers, P.C., in Albany working out of the firm’s Atlanta office. Prior to joining the firm in 1998, he worked as a mediator for the State Board of Workers’ Compensation for two years, mediating hundreds of cases. Mr. Gaulke is a faculty member and featured speaker for educational programs such as SBWC Regional Education Seminar Series; Institute for Continuing Legal Education (ICLE); and Lorman Education Services. Mr. Gaulke was honored to serve as Co-Chair for the annual Workers’ Compensation Law Institute in 2009. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia; the Workers’ Compensation Law and Employment Law Sections; the Georgia Self-Insurer’s Association; the Atlanta Claims Association, serving on the Workers’ Compensation Education Committee; the Atlanta Bar Association and the Lawyers Club of Atlanta, Inc.

Mr. Gaulke speaks on a variety of topics throughout the state including discovery and trial tactics for workers’ compensation claims and the overlap of workers’ compensation, ADA, and FMLA; and is available for specialized training designed for human resource directors, insurance claim representatives, and rehabilitation specialists.
