Benjamin Decker, Esq. joined the firm in 2010 as an Associate Attorney. A graduate of Albany Law School, Ben focuses on nursing home matters and select criminal cases. He is involved in all aspects of the cases including legal research and writing, and motion practice.

Prior to joining the firm, Ben practiced criminal defense in northern New York in Franklin County as a public defender. He earned Bachelor's and Master’s degrees from The College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY where he majored in history and political science. Raised in Catskill, New York, Ben is also a graduate of Catskill High School.
