Mr. Robinson practices in the areas of environmental litigation, general civil litigation, appeals and alternative dispute resolution.
Ed's primary emphasis is environmental litigation, representing landowners whose property has been polluted or damaged by adjacent landowners or other causes. He has represented clients in groundwater and surface water pollution disputes arising under the federal Clean Water Act, the Solid Waste Disposal Act/Resource Conversation and Recovery Act and various state laws. Ed also holds a Natural Resources Law Certificate from Washburn University School of Law.
In addition to his environmental practice, Ed represent clients in a variety of areas including consumer protection, real estate, commercial, and personal injury. He is also a certified mediator.
Before pursuing his legal career he was a nationally competitive public speaker and orator.
