Charles Pugh has been a civil litigator for over 20 years. He has served as legal counsel to both individuals and Fortune 500 companies, handling a state-wide trial and appellate practice in state and federal courts. As an attorney for the Philadelphia law firm of Rawle & Henderson, and other well-regarded civil litigation law firms, Mr. Pugh has handled complex product liability and commercial cases, as well as personal injury matters, for both plaintiffs and defendants.
Mr. Pugh graduated cum laude from Temple University School of Law in 1985, where he received the Barrister's Award for Trial Advocacy and served as a teaching assistant in trial practice. He graduated in the top fifteen (15) percent of his class. In 1998, Mr. Pugh returned to Temple University School of Law for advanced education and training in civil litigation and trial practice, graduating in May 1999 with an LL.M. Degree in Trial Advocacy.
Mr. Pugh was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1985. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1986. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Mr. Pugh is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, where he earned a B.A. Degree in English Literature in 1968. He also holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Temple University.
For seven years, Mr. Pugh served as a Lecturer in Business Law at The Pennsylvania State University (Delaware County).
