Paul Ganley is a partner in the firm's Honolulu office and is a member of the Corporate & Business and Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Groups. He concentrates his practice on business law and civil litigation and assists clients with problems which arise from ongoing operations, acquisitions, and sales. Mr. Ganley's background is in civil litigation and when he was litigating full-time he was listed in The Best Lawyers in America. Mr. Ganley is the author of many professional articles and was a member of his school's law review. Mr. Ganley has taught business-related courses at the University of Hawaii.
He is a trustee for the Estate of S.M. Damon and has been instrumental in its transfer of its commercial subdivisions, businesses and thousands of acres in agriculture in Hawaii and the West Coast. Mr. Ganley is also a corporate director of various business and financial institutions including Hawaii's largest bank, First Hawaiian Bank. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court.

The Salvation Army Represents the Salvation Army's Western Territory which includes the fourteen Western States, Alaska and Hawaii. Is responsible for numerous matters for the client which run the gamut of business and labor law, from issues involving hospitals to residential treatment facilities.
Foreign Lending Institutions Represents foreign lending institutions in litigation in Hawaii on matters involving attachment and securing of debtor assets. Performs analysis of various business transactions.
Amalgamated Land Limited Represented the largest developer in the New Hebrides. Negotiated as lead counsel with the condominium French and British governments in London, Paris and Washington regarding the unilateral retroactive withdrawal of approval for subdivisions which involved thousands of American citizens.
Revisions to Federal Laws On behalf of the American Psychological Association worked with Chairman Senator Ted Kennedy and other United States Senators in revising Federal Penal Code provisions dealing with admissibility of testimony by psychologists and psychiatrists.
