Michael V. Provenzale earned a Bachelor of Arts in History (2002), from the University of California, Los Angeles, and his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles (2006).
Mr. Provenzale has practiced exclusively in family law since completion of his law degree. He has represented clients in all aspects of family law proceedings, including child custody and visitation, support, marital dissolution, pre and post marital agreements, and paternity. He strives for success, and to achieve satisfying resolutions for clients during a difficult process. Mr. Provenzale is an aggressive and persistent litigator when court intervention is necessary. He has experience with complex cases involving retirement plans, high conflict disputes, and division of high net-worth assets and debts. Mr. Provenzale also has experience with the issues particular to military dissolutions.
Mr. Provenzale is an active community volunteer, and has worked with the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Barristers Domestic Violence Project, Los Angeles, California. He also pursues recreational and competitive rowing with the Los Angeles Rowing Club.
