Nichole DeVries, an associate with PilieroMazza PLLC, primarily practices in the areas of labor and employment and general litigation. Ms. DeVries works proactively with clients to establish and maintain effective human resource policies. Ms. DeVries has experience navigating the complex nature of administrative actions as well as all types of civil forums.
Prior to joining PilieroMazza, Ms. DeVries was an associate with Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers, LLP. There, Ms. DeVries participated and advised in all aspects of employment law and litigation matters, from Title VII claims to Clean Water Act disputes. She has successfully assisted clients in reaching settlements through mediation and negotiation, enforced arbitration agreements and developed sensitive work force reduction plans.
Ms. DeVries graduated from the George Washington University Cum Laude, where she received a B.A. Foreign Affairs in 2004. She received her law degree from the Georgia State University College of Law, magna cum laude, where she served as the Legislative Editor for the Georgia State University Law Review.
