Will grew up in Charlotte North Carolina. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning his Bachelor's Degree in Journalism in 2005. In 2009, Will graduated from Elon University School of Law and is licensed with the North Carolina State Bar and the United States District Court Western District of North Carolina.
Will is practicing law with his father, Fred William DeVore, III (partner), and one of his lifelong friends, Derek Adler, himself a law school graduate from UNC-Chapel Hill, who joined the firm in 2009. Will’s practice includes construction law, personal injury, traffic, wrongful death, premises liability, condemnation, and estate planning. He prides himself on always keeping his clients informed and up to date about the status of their cases, and he makes every effort to work diligently and efficiently on each client’s case.
Will is honored to have such a supportive family. His wife, Jessica, and his son Hartman, are the driving force behind his legal career. Will applies his own core beliefs and moral values to his profession and will always be upfront and honest with his clients. Will's hobbies include: date-night with his wife, playing with his son, going to church, relaxing with family, playing golf, tennis, basketball, football, and watching any type of sport (specifically college basketball).
Will works with three certified litigation paralegals, Renee Robinson, Connie Hunter and Susie Baker who have all been with the firm for more than fifteen years each. His goal as an attorney is to provide efficient, sound legal advice while striving to reach the outcomes desired by his clients.
