Antonio P. Garcia, Jr. represents clients in commercial litigation, product liability, toxic tort, and appellate matters. He also has experience representing clients in cases involving employment law, real estate law, and bankruptcy.
Antonio is a San Francisco native and a graduate of Lowell High School. He earned his A.B. in International Relations and Political Science from the University of California, Davis, where he graduated with honors and was elected into Phi Beta Kappa. He earned his J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law ("King Hall"), where he was a member of the U.C. Davis Law Review. During law school, he served as a judicial extern in the chambers of Justice Joyce L. Kennard of the California Supreme Court, and in the chambers of Justice James R. Lambden of the California Court of Appeal. After graduating from King Hall, Antonio served as a law clerk to Judge (presently Chief Judge) Christopher M. Klein of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California.
Antonio is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco and the Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Bay Area. He is also a member of the board of directors of the Filipino American Development Foundation, a non-profit, community-based organization in San Francisco. He was a member and chair of the board of directors of Richmond Area Multi-Services, Inc. ("RAMS"), a non-profit, mental health agency in San Francisco, and currently serves on RAMS' Advisory Council.
