Mr. Provinziano is an experienced trial attorney. He has handled almost 40 jury trials to verdict and has prepared countless more that were settled on the courthouse steps. In addition to jury trials, Mr. Provinziano has handled well over 200 preliminary hearings and law and motion evidentiary hearings. Over the past nine years, Mr. Provinziano has been in court nearly every day handling cases and advocating vigorously for his clients. Mr. Provinziano has handled in his career approximately 1500 criminal cases and 300 divorce and family law cases. Mr. Provinziano prides himself on providing excellent, detail-oriented service to his clients. Mr. Provinziano is a Former Deputy District Attorney for the County of San Bernardino. During law school, Mr. Provinziano also worked as a law clerk for the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office. Given these experiences, Mr. Provinziano has the inside perspective on law enforcement and the court system in both counties and can use this knowledge to help obtain a positive resolution to criminal cases.
Mr. Provinziano is a graduate of impressive schools. Mr. Provinziano attended UC Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, California and received a Juris Doctor degree from that institution. Mr. Provinziano also received other honors, including an award for the highest grade in the Advanced Trial Advocacy course and a Certificate for the Civil Litigation Concentration. UC Hastings has repeatedly ranked among the top 100 schools in U.S. News & World Report. It is the oldest law school in California.
Mr. Provinziano received a Bachelor’s degree with a double-major in Rhetoric and English Literature from UC Berkeley. He received the honor of giving the commencement address for the Rhetoric Department graduation ceremony. He also graduated with the Honors in Rhetoric and the honor of Distinction in General Scholarship. UC Berkeley has consistently ranked as the top public university in the United States of America and it is considered as one of the premier Universities in the entire world.
