Day, Kelly A.

Thomas D. Prickett earned his J.D. from Creighton University School of  Law in 2010, and earned his B.A. at Hastings College in 2007.  He is admitted to practice in Iowa and Nebraska.  He is also a member of the Iowa State Bar Association, the Nebraska State Bar Association, and the Omaha Bar Association.  Tom joined Sherrets Bruno & Vogt LLC as an associate in August of 2010.  Tom’s practice focuses on civil litigation in a wide variety of practice areas. 
 
Tom has authored appellate briefs dealing with child custody issues and succesfully argued before the Nebraska Court of Appeals.  He also participated in a trial which obtained a verdict requiring additional payment of more than one-half million dollars for the sale price of commercial property. 

Thomas D. Prickett was born in Des Moines, Iowa, and raised on a farm in Southwest Iowa.  He has always been active and particularly enjoys the outdoors. Tom has shown quarter horses competitively, played soccer in high school and college, and earned his black belt in taekwondo.
