Mary Beth successfully defended her clients in jury trials, participated in many mediations, and negotiated hundreds of cases to settlement.
In 2010, Mary Beth joined Clark and Clark to build a practice representing injured people to use her knowledge of insurance companies to maximize results from clients. Since joining Clark and Clark, Mary Beth has also developed a specialty in property litigation as well as domestic litigation. She has successfully litigated many cases to close, including trials, hearings, motions practices, appeals, and settlements.
Mary Beth enjoys being active in her local community, serving on the Lady Cat Basketball Scholarship Award Committee since 2010, and on the Appalachian Circuit scholarship Committee in 2011.
