Mr. Ricardo “Rick” J. Prieto focuses his practice on serious employment law matters, whether pre-dispute, negotiation, or trial. He attended Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. In 2007, he received his law degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law where he received numerous honors and awards. Since graduation, Mr. Prieto has handled a variety of employment and business-related disputes. He is licensed to practice law in all Texas state courts, as well as in all Texas federal jurisdictions.
