Craig Davis is a counsel in the Litigation/Controversy Department, and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2011.
Practice
Mr. Davis’ practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, with an emphasis on patent infringement disputes. He has represented corporate clients in the computer networking industry involving various technologies, including wired and wireless network communications, power over ethernet and DC-DC bus converters. Mr. Davis also has a broad range of experience handling various contract, mass tort and general business disputes for corporate clients in the computer, real estate, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
Previously, Mr. Davis was a senior associate for a boutique intellectual property litigation firm in the San Francisco Bay Area and an associate for a large national firm in San Francisco.
While in law school, Mr. Davis was a legal intern for the Wisconsin Department of Justice and the United States Attorneys Office in Madison, Wisconsin, and served as the Executive Director for the Wisconsin District Attorneys Association.
