Practicing trial law since 1976, E. Marcus "Marc" Davis, a Georgia native graduated from Duke University and the University of Georgia school of Law.
In 1983 Marc founded his current law firm, Davis, Zipperman, Kirschenbaum & Lotito, at 918 Ponce de Leon Avenue, with some close friends, colleagues and partners, Barry L. Zipperman, Seth D. Kirschenbaum, President of the Atlanta Bar Association and Nicholas A. Lotito, President of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. His practice began to proliferate as he earned a reputation for obtaining full and fair compensation for his clients through trial or settlement. He has gained a great deal of trial experience and respect in the legal community as an aggressive, conscientious advocate for his clients.
As Mr. Davis' practice grew, he demonstrated a real talent for successfully prosecuting personal injury cases. His reputation grew as well. He achieved victory over teams of skilled, experienced lawyers hired by insurance companies to defeat the claims of injured citizens. He has jury tried over 100 cases and has obtained numerous multimillion dollar settlements and verdicts.
Since 1976, Marc Davis has remained an active trial attorney handling civil and criminal cases, both state and federal, in areas including but not limited to, medical malpractice, traumatic brain injuries, wrongful deaths, products liability, aviation, automobile and tractor-trailer accidents, divorce, workers' compensation, death penalty murder cases, business and commercial litigation, and felony cases in State and Federal Courts. He is listed as one of Georgia's Super lawyers in Atlanta Magazine.
