Casey Fundaro, an associate with Tripp Scott, focuses his practice on personal injury and general commercial litigation matters.

With more than 10 years of litigation experience, Fundaro has handled cases throughout Florida.  He has litigated cases involving personal injury, premises liability, products liability, personal injury protection (PIP) and automobile negligence.

He is an active member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. 

Fundaro co-authored an article, Meeting the Threshold:  Damages Recoverable in a Soft Tissue Auto Accident Case, which was published in the Florida Bar Journal.   

Fundaro holds a law degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Miami.
